1. Full payment is required in US Dollars at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
   
   
2. For activity reservations: Maui Travel Services offers a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to the activity. You are then entitled to a full refund. All activity companies that are featured on this site offer either a 24 or 48 hour cancellation policy. Since some companies have a very strict cancellation policy we want to allow enough time for us to contact them on your behalf. Cancellations need to be made by phoning 877.628.4386, please not by email. If you have a cancellation within the 48 hours you will first need to call the vendor directly since they need to approve any refunds. You will be provided direct phone numbers for each activity booked.
   
   
3. For lodging reservations: each property has its own specific cancellation policy which you will find on the property detail pages.  ALL prices are subject to change without notice.
   
   
4. After booking your first full-priced activity with Maui Travel Services, we happily offer a ten percent (10%) discount on select additional activities booked through us. You will see the 10% discount noted for activities that qualify. All Off-Island Tours, Helicopter Tours and Spa Services can only be discounted by 5%. Be sure to check out the value of our "Combo Packages." Those are already discounted so the 10% discount will not apply. Be aware, many companies charge an "anytime" cancellation fee, Maui Travel Services does not.  ALL prices are subject to change without notice.
   
   
5. You will be issued a voucher for each activity that is needed for check-in. The vouchers along with their brochures and invoice will be mailed to you. We can also fax your vouchers to the activity companies directly if reservations are made right before your departure. You will also be receiving a detailed email confirmation of your reservations.
   
   
6. If an activity is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be issued a full refund if you cannot reschedule.
   
   
7. All activity purchases will be charged HI General Excise Tax of 4.712%. Any boat activity will be charged an additional 3% Harbor Tax plus $4/pp fuel surcharge.
   
   
8. All lodging reservations are subject to an 12.42% transient tax.
   
   
9. We will NEVER intentionally sell your e-mail address or any other information about you to a third party.
   
   
10. We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy. That means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your personal information to non approved vendors.
    
    
11. Your privacy is important to us. Any information you share with Maui Travel Services will not be shared, sold or given to any other party other than Maui Travel Services or our associated partners for the sole purpose of booking activities for your vacation. All personal information submitted through this website is securely encrypted to protect your privacy.
