We really enjoyed our condo #330 at Kauhale Makai. The view from the balcony was beautiful, it was generally quiet and relaxing and the unit was well stocked with every imaginable item that we might need.  You did an excellent job of helping us with our accommodations and referrals to other professional services (Lori Scott – our wedding planner was excellent!)

The diving trips you arranged for us with Maui Dive Shop were great.  They were very professional and the attention to our needs was very commendable, we really enjoyed diving with them. 

I would recommend Maui Travel Services to anyone traveling to Maui for whatever reason they might be going there.

Booking this trip online was a new experience for us and we were both a bit worried. So thanks for really delivering on everything. The entire trip was a success. The flights, rental car and hotel all came together perfectly. But the best part was that you have such knowledge of Maui that you were able to literally act as our personal travel consultant. Neither of us had been to Maui before, so we would have been lost without your recommendations.

We loved the hiking and waterfall trips you booked for us. And my absolute favorite was the helicopter ride you recommended. That was about the coolest thing I have ever done in my life! Your restaurant recommendations came in handy to. Our favorites were Joe's Bar and Grill and of course Mama's Fish House.

There were a lot of words of admiration we used at your address, but if I have to pick up 2 words about you, they will be honesty and protection. That's what we have felt all the time before and during our holiday booked through you.

We appreciate very much your honest advice regarding the condo and activities. Hi Sylvia,

Our trip to Maui was great! The Kayak trip was a lot of fun and well done. We liked the guides very much. The snorkeling was...just ok. If you haven't done a great deal of snorkeling, it would be great, but we have been spoiled by going to places like Belize and St. John's, V.I. But, just getting out and kayaking on the ocean was well worth it. That type of trip is also a great way to meet people in a small group situation, particularly some locals.

We felt your customer service was very prompt, the extra contacts and attention to detail was excellent, and the trip/event discounts were much appreciated. Your website is well organized.

Our accommodations at Wailea Ekolu #602 could not have been better. We had a wonderful time. It was so pleasant to get up early in the morning and have coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds and feeling the balmy breeze. It was a great place to come home to every evening - less busy than Lahaina or Ka'anapali, but with many conveniences nearby in Kihei.

We especially enjoyed being greeted by the geckos that lived on the front porch. Our stay was perfect, but too short. The next time we go to Maui, we will definitely contact you.
